All of our Support Workers hold a valid Police Check, First Aid, Working with Children Check for clients younger than 18 years old, and relevant qualifications. Further, privacy is paramount to our clients’ sense of dignity and their confidence in our discretion.
All our carers value their responsibility to protect our clients’ privacy and they sign an “Agreement of Confidentiality”. All of Flexi Support’s staff members are required to attend regular training sessions to provide the best care for our clients. Our staff are required to have regular skills updates in areas such as first aid, infection control and manual handling to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
Our priority is to provide high quality, professional care services. We are registered for TAC, WorkSafe and NDIS (Direct Care and Support Coordination).
